Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, Franklyn Khan today announced new board members for Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd.
Meanwhile in light of the Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd CEO, Mike Wiley’s leave of absence for an illness, a new board was appointed to continue with its operations.
Speaking at the Post Cabinet Media briefing, this afternoon, Minister Khan said new members of the Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd. will reflect sturdy and profitable business for T&T’s petroleum sector.
Minister Khan said the Lashley Report which was done on Petrotrin showed that the state owned company was not able to continue business with their current operations.
This he said proved to be unprofitable for many of years.
