Her Excellency, Acting President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago has issued a Proclamation for the prorogation of the First Session of the Twelfth Parliament at midnight on Friday August 27, 2021.
A Proclamation has also been issued for the commencement of the Second Session of the Twelfth Parliament on Friday September 10, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. The Red House, Port of Spain, Trinidad has been appointed as the place at which the Second Session of the Twelfth Parliament shall be held.
1. Legal Notice No. 221 of 2021 – Proclamation for the Prorogation of the First Session, Twelfth Parliament; and
2. Legal Notice No. 222 of 2021 – Proclamation for the Opening of the Second Session, Twelfth Parliament.
The Order Paper for the First Sitting of the Second Session, Twelfth Parliament, which will be held on Friday September 10, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. will be forwarded in subsequent correspondence.
