There are reports that four men were gunned down in Mayaro overnight.
Unconfirmed reports state that the incident took place around 12:30am.
The victims are: 20-year-old Jeremiah George, 37-year-old Marcus Buddy, both of Martha Street, Couva; 29-year-old Deon Keyon Mendoza and 59-year-old Buddy George.
George was said to be a contractor while the others were gardeners.
It is said that the men were sleeping in a camp about a half mile off Basil Trace, Bristol Village, Mayaro, when six gunmen dressed in police operational gear stormed the camp.
The four men were then made to lie face down and they were all shot dead.
