Just after 7:30pm, 32 year old Arlene Blackman was shot at, as a gunman approached a car she and others were sitting in at Gordon St. Ext. Mt. Hope.
According to reports the gunman approached the vehicle and began shooting; Alrene Blackman reportedly was able to drive to the St. Joseph Police Station and was later rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex.
Bran subsequently died.
Reports indicate Alrene Blackman was shot in the chest.
Investigations are continuing.
This makes a total of 54 women to be killed in 2019.
