WASA advises of disruption in service to parts of North-West Trinidad

The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has advised customers in parts of North-West Trinidad served by the Tucker Valley Booster Station that there will be a disruption in their pipe-borne supply on Thursday.

Between 8am, and 8pm, urgent pipeline repair works will take place at the facility.

Properties will be affected along Macqueripe Road, Western Main Road, The Cove, Tetron Barracks, L’anse Mitan, Scorpion Street, School Street, Carenage, Point Cumana, Glenco (inclusive of La Horquette Valley Road), The Park and Westvale Park.

Customers are further advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalise to some affected areas, in accordance with established water supply schedules, following
the completion of these repairs.

A limited truck-borne service will be available upon request via the WASA Services App available via the Play Store or Apple store, or the customer portal available on the authority’s website www.wasa.gov.tt.

Alternatively, customers requiring direct assistance or further information can contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll-free at 800-4420/4426.
