Trey Songz is facing a new civil lawsuit stemming from the alleged sexual assault of a young woman in 2018.
The latest complaint is a refiling of a January 2020 lawsuit accusing the singer of fingering the victim while inside of E11EVEN nightclub in Miami.
The plaintiff, who had previously been identified only as Jane Doe, has identified herself as Jahuara Jeffries in the new documents.
Earlier this year, Trey and Jeffries reached a settlement. However, a judge dismissed it for reasons unknown, which led to the refiling on Monday.
