The Tobago Cricket Association recognises the contribution of its second Vice President, Earl Arthur, who passed away on Tuesday evening.
In sending condolences, the association said he became a member four years ago and was head of the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board’s Disciplinary Committee.
It said Arthur’s absence will be deeply missed adding he will be remembered for his significant contributions and strong leadership.
