The Trinidad and Tobago Taxi Drivers Network , says it will like to see commitments of government’s road paving company materialise.
Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, recently revealed that the company’s board is already in place; it will operate under the ministry of local government system and contractors will be mobilised.
Speaking with News Power Now Thursday afternoon, President of the Network, Adrian Acosta, said the group is hoping the new company is able to benefit all citizens.
Mr Acosta also gave insight into rising maintenance costs being encountered by taxi drivers.
