Six Accused Denied Bail For Various Offences

Six accused were denied bail and remanded into custody by an Arima Magistrate after they appeared charged with various offences including Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.

Isaiah Quincy Pinto, 22, And Kwasi Malachi Marrain, 27, both of San Fernando and Akil Marrain, 39, of Fyzabad, were charged with Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition, when they appeared before Magistrate Brambhanan Dubay, in the Arima 1st Magistrates’ Court, on Wednesday.

The trio was denied bail and remanded into custody.

Separately, Anderson Rodriguez, 28, of Laventille, appeared before Magistrate Dubay on Monday, April 24th charged with Robbery with Aggravation.

Additionally, Isaiah Phillip, 21, of D’Abadie, appeared before Magistrate Dubay, charged with Wounding with Intent by PC Haban of the Maloney CID.

On Wednesday April, 26th Jason Ayres, 33, of Tobago appeared before Magistrate Dubay, charged with Larceny Motor Vehicle.

All the accused in the above were denied bail and remanded into custody by Magistrate Dubay.
