The process of obtaining a Firearms License has now become more efficient thanks to the Acting Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith.
This is according to Air Support Tactical’s CEO and Security advisor Dirk Barnes.
He says that there should not be an ease in granting firearm licenses to just anyone, and the focus should not be solely on businessmen.
He maintained the process should be fair, transparent and impartial.
Barnes told the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital this morning that Griffith has shown responsibility in responding to persons requiring an explanation of the process, and he also commended him on ensuring the system is now efficient.
