The All Tobago Fisherfolk Association (ATFA) is hoping to retrieve the body of 21-year-old Richie Cox who has been missing for nearly a week.
On April 11 a wave knocked Cox off a rock while he was on a fishing trip.
According to reports a friend who was with him at the time managed to swim to safety however Cox was swept away by the waves and pulled under by strong currents.
ATFA President Curtis Douglas said in an interview on CNC3 that it is a difficult time for his family and the Association of which Cox was a member.
