United National Congress candidate for the marginal constituency of San Juan/Barataria Saddam Hosein, says there are many issues facing the diverse areas in the San Juan/ Barataria constituency. He was speaking on the Power Breakfast show on Power 102FM. He said while walking in the constituency, which has been represented by the UNC’s Dr. Fuad Khan for the past ten years, there are many issues which have come to light.
His main competitor is the PNM’s Jason Williams.
Hosein, 29, who served as an Opposition Senator in the 11th Parliament and is an Attorney at Law by profession, said that he was not prepared to get into the blame game, related to the challenges but said that the constituency is as diverse as it’s challenges:
