The Board of Massy group has issued a statement on its independent investigation into allegation contained in a statement from Mrs Angileque Parisot-Potter to Massy Holdings Ltd, dated 12th November, 2023. The official statement from Massy indicated that the “overwhelming majority of allegations contained in Mrs. Parisot-Potter’s statement dated 12th November , 2023 have not been made out.
The statement also said the the evidence does not establish that Mrs. Parisot-Potterhad any valid basis for expecting that she would or for insisting that she should remain employed with Massy after the age of 60 (and until 58).
The statement also indicated that Mrs. Parisot-Potter proposed that a settlement package be paid to her in the sum of 11.8 Millin British pounds and a seat on the Board of Massy Holdings Limited.
