Trinidad and Tobago has a culture of wastefulness when it comes to water.
This is according to The Acting CEO of the Water and Sewage Authority Kelvin Romain who spoke with the Power Breakfast Show a short while ago.
He said people need to be more responsible with water use especially in the dry season.
He stated that because of climate change persons have to be willing to be more responsible.
He said that the water levels at the reservoir are low and due to this WASA has to take action to ensure that they manage resources.
He said that persons are unable to use hoses or pressure washers during the season in an effort to conserve water.
