Newly appointed British Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, has begun his first full day as PM by meeting his new cabinet this morning before facing the opposition leader in the Parliament’s “Prime Minister Questions” session.
Sunak has pledged to govern with “integrity” and has included people from different wings of the party in his top team
But Labour has criticised the reappointment of Suella Braverman, popular on the Tory right, as home secretary just six days after she resigned over data breaches
Foreign Secretary James Cleverly has defended the decision, saying Braverman “made a mistake and apologised”
