Rescue mission in Sangre Grande to save occupants trapped in flood waters

A trucker volunteered to take his vehicle into the flood waters to rescue persons trapped inside a vehicle.

The incident took place at Sangre Chiquito near Sangre Grande during Tuesday’s downpour of rain.

The rescue mission was underway to save the three occupants of a Porsche Cayenne SUV that stalled and began floating away after the driver attempted to push through the waters just around noon today.
