Rapper Kevin Gates said he was molested as a child

During his recent sit down with Mike Tyson, rapper Kevin Gates opened up about what made him become a violent and aggressive person growing up.

Gates said that he was molested as a child and found himself learning multiple forms of martial arts to prevent being taken advantage of and feeling vulnerable.

Tyson jumped in and added that he created a tough exterior to ward against the same problem.

Both men agreed that their inability to verbalize what happened and how it made them feel led to some problematic traits.
