Police have yet to identify the decomposing body of a man, which was found outside Nicholas Roofing Solutions in South Oropouche yesterday morning.
The corpse was discovered by a maintenance worker, lying near the Solomon Hochoy Highway Extension, across the road from Anand Low Price Supermarket and opposite the Shore of Peace Cremation Site.
A District Medical Officer (DMO) Dr Maharaj inspected the body and saw no signs of violence.
The body is that of an Indo-Trinidadian man, medium built, dark complexion, wearing a blue and white plaid shirt and red and white plaid three-quarter pants.
