Opposition Senator, Jayanti Lutchmedial, says there is a link between procurement legislation and the Anti-Gang Bill which is being debated in the Senate today.
During her contribution the Opposition Senator elaborated on her position and why it is significant.
The Attorney also suggested to the government it put back the Sunset Clause in the Anti-Gang Bill.
Independent Senator, Paul Richards, revealed figures pertaining to persons in Remand and the length of time it takes for their matters to come before the court.
The Independent Senator also offered some proposals which the government should consider on various clauses contained in the bill.
