NYC man murdered over a clogged toilet

A man has been charged with murder after a heated dispute over a clogged toilet led to the death of one person in New York.

On Tuesday, Christopher Machicote, 27, was arrested for allegedly killing his roommate, Keyan Francis, 28, at their shared property on March 26 when he is said to have shot the latter with a single gunshot wound to the torso, the NY Daily News reports.

The incident took place at the Morris Houses in the Bronx, New York, on March 26, with the New York Police Department responding to a 911 call at 10:45 a.m.

However upon their arrival, sources say Keyan was said to have been found unresponsive and unconscious.
