Concerns have been raised about what is being described as an exodus of nurses in this country to continue their profession overseas.
It’s a point highlighted by President of the Registered Nurses Association, Idi Stuart.
In an interview with News Power Now on Wednesday, Mr Stuart said the development had a negative impact in the fight against Covid-19 as senior personnel were leaving the country.
Mr Stuart said the association is monitoring the situation and hoping this trend does not continue as it could have serious implications for the health sector.
