There has been concern that climbing international fuel prices, in the face of US sanctions against Russia, could impact this country’s fuel subsidy.
Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has warned that a decision will soon be taken on whether to adjust the fuel subsidy based on rising oil prices.
Commenting on the issue this morning on Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show, Hosein said that the time has come given recent developments for hard decisions to be made.
