No sighting of Omari’s body yet

Divers from the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard and villagers from Toco, along with fishermen, and members of the Hunters Search and Rescue team continued their search at Mission Bay, Toco for another day yesterday, searching for 9-year-old Omari Providence, without success.

Omari and his family went on an outing to Toco on Sunday, but it turned into tragedy when Omari, of Picton Road, Laventille disappeared under water while bathing.
His body did not resurface.

The search continues today.

The Air Guard, the Air Support Unit led by Ag. Inspector Ronny Rampallard, Police Officers of the Toco Police Station, and relatives of Omari are also part of the search.
