Minister Hinds noted that the police cannot be everywhere at once and called on citizens to join the fight against crime.
Lamenting the violence, Minister Hinds said the police are now stepping up their crime fighting activities.
He revealed that these include both policing and social measures aimed at stemming the violence in the nation.
