Dane Richardson is scheduled to appear at the San Fernando Magistrates’ Court today for the offence of receiving stolen items.
The 41-year-old St. Helena resident was arrested and charged for the offence yesterday.
On Wednesday 11th November, 2020, around 3.30 pm, the victim parked a Toyota Hiace at Harmony Hall, Gasparillo. He went into an establishment on the compound, leaving his Samsung Note 9 cell phone in the vehicle.
He returned at 3.45 pm and discovered the phone, valued at $3,200, missing.
Investigations led to the recovery of the phone and the suspect being arrested and charged by PC Balkaran.
