T&T Red Force Hot On The Trail Of Windward Island Volcanoes On Day Two Of West Indies Championship

Trinidad and Tobago Red Force reached 200 for 5 replying to 243 all out made by Windward Island Volcanoes in the 2023 West Indies Championship.

At the wicket is Amir Jagoo not out on 44 and Tion Webster on 71.

The two came together with the score on 82 for 5.

The match is being played at the Grenada National Cricket Centre in St Georges.

Resuming play on Day Two at 50 for 1, Red Force reached 121 for 5 at lunch, still trailing Volcanoes by 112 runs.

Back in the pavilion are captain Darren Bravo for 38, opener Jeremy Solozano for 34, Jason Mohammed no score and Yannic Cariah 7.

Bravo and Solozano put on 62 runs for the second wicket taking the score from 6 for 1 to 68 for 2.

In the other match, Guyana cricketers reached after 65 for 2 after 25 overs on Day one of their four day game against Barbados at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.

At Coolidge Cricket Ground, Leeward Islands reached 76 for 3 in their game against Jamaica after 44 overs.
