Mere days after a fire claimed the life of a man at the Point Fortin Senior Citizens Home, another fire in the area has now left another man homeless.
The victim, identified only as Sam, was not injured in the incident
Around 11:45pm, neighbors saw flames coming from the house on Third Street in Techier Village and alerted fire officers.
When they arrived on the scene, the house was engulfed in flames.
The fire officers managed to contain the flames, but the house and household articles were already destroyed.
