A man was found dead at La Florissante, D’Abadie, Arima on Tuesday.
Police have not yet identified the victim but say the man’s body was found with his hands tied, lying on the rocks near the side of a riverbed.
The victim is of mixed descent and was wearing a grey T-shirt and black three-quarter jeans.
