A 39-year-old man was shot dead in Laventille on Thursday night.
Jerome Findley of Wharton Street, was shot multiple times around 7.30 pm.
Reports state that he was walking along Wharton Street when a white SUV pulled alongside and four men began shooting at him. He ran towards the nearby football field where he collapsed and died.
Investigations are underway.
