KFC billboard blocks entire lane on South Quay – Who’s responsible?

A giant billboard courtesy KFC has taken over an entire lane along South Quay, in the vicinity of the yellow band maxi hub.

Already distracting, this can cause major traffic and even lead to an accident if one is not mindful.

Social media is currently abuzz about the boldface erection of the ad tower along the roadway and questions have been raised as to who would have sanctioned this.
