In honour of the United Nations World Steelpan Day, the fanfare team heralding the entrance of Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, included tenor pannists for the first time.
Her Excellency extends congratulations to the steelpan fraternity and indeed, all Trinbagonians on this momentous achievement.
