Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar has responded to fake news that she suffered a stroke.
The information shared via the social media page “UNC Cabal”, stated that she suffered a stroke and three of her toes were amputated.
However, following the fake report, Persad-Bissessar first posted a photo with a link to the song “Rumours Dem Spredin” by Gregory Isaacs.
This was then followed by a series of photos of the UNC Leader posing with her pet dog, while in a pair of slippers showing all toes intact on both her feet.
