Batting first Guyana made 269 for 9 from 50 overs.
Romario Shepherd top scored with 74 runs.
Shannon Gabriel was the main wicket taker with figures of 4 for 42 from 9 overs.
Spinner Sunil Narine provided support with 3 for 17 from 10 overs.
In reply, Red Force made 266 for 6 from 50 overs.
Darren Bravo led the way with 71 runs and opener Kjorn Ottley made 49.
Red Force will play their next match against Windward Islands Volcanoes on the weekend.
