Barataria police are investigating the robbery of a 50-year-old man in Aranguez on Saturday night.
The victim was robbed of his car and cash after meeting another man at a guest house.
Police said the man met the suspect on the Grindr app and later met in person before going to the Double Palm Guest House, Rambhaju Lane, Aranguez, at around 10 pm.
The man told police that the bandit went to the bathroom and returned with a knife, robbing him of his cellphone, $50 and the keys to his Toyota Vitz.
The man was even forced to give him the pin number to his bank card before the suspect left with his car.
