Gary Griffith has suggested that the UNC was his second choice for a partnership after the PNM.
This as he revealed this morning on Power 102 Digital’s Power Breakfast Show that he offered PNM leader, Dr Keith Rowley, the chance to work together again following his dismissal from the post of Police Commissioner.
He claimed however that Dr Rowley rebuffed his advances and refused to work with the NTA.
Griffith admitted that the UNC accommodation is a means to an end.
He suggested that without any of the two major parties, he had no hope of making the changes he believes necessary to tackle crime and ensure the safety of citizens.
