The Trade Union Movement says Freedom Day activity on Wednesday will be conducted only by the Leaders of the Trade Union Federations.
The Movement in adherence to the State of Emergency and Covid-19 protocols is not encouraging anyone to join the activity.
In a media release Tuesday, it says to ensure all voices are heard, the Trade Union leaders alone will be standing as representatives for its membership and the citizenry of Trinidad and Tobago.
It says as part of its campaign the leadership intends to highlight issues such as mandatory vaccination, non-negotiation of salaries, massive job losses, loss of income, increased food prices, increased rent, increased cost of household items, reduction in NIB pensions, increased electricity rates, increased water rates, increased fuel prices and privatization.
