Tobagonians are urged to avoid having a knee jerk reaction to the unfolding political situation involving the Progressive Democratic Patriots.
Thirteen members of the PDP recently resigned and are now independents.
PDP Political Leader, Watson Duke, on December 7th wrote to the Tobago House of Assembly’s Presiding Officer calling for the seats held by the members to be declared vacant.
Mr Duke has also called for fresh elections.
Speaking on the After Power Drive, on Power 102 Digital Wednesday, former THA Presiding Officer, Dr Denise Tsoiafatt Angus appealed for a proper assessment of the scenario before making an informed opinion on the development.
