There are reports of flooding in Port of Spain, San Juan/ Laventille , San Fernando and Diego Martin.
The Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government says in the Capital City the areas affected are Ariapita Avenue and South Quay in the vicinity of City Gate.
Saddle Road, Santa Cruz approaching the old road is identified as the area impacted by flooding in the San Juan Laventille district.
Diego Martin Highway in the vicinity of Sierra Leone Intersection is also affected by flooding.
While in San Fernando, Scott Street is affected.
Affected persons are encouraged to call their respective Regional Corporation’s Disaster Management Unit Hotline.
