National Security Minister Fizgerald Hinds is defending Government’s decision to life the SoE ahead of time.
Speaking on i95 fm on Sunday, he said that citizens have been waiting on this decision.
He also aid that he’s well aware the criminal elements would want to capitalize on this decision by the Government.
He assured that the National Security apparatus is well prepared for any eventuality.
