Farley Augustine: “The THA gave no vaccine mandate!”

THA Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says that the Tobago House of Assembly has given no vaccine mandate.
He made the comments while speaking to reporters following the Executive Council’s five day retreat.

He sent out a warning to supervisors against turning away public servants.
