For the past two years 40, 000 electronic devices have been distributed to students.
This is according to Education Minister Dr Nyan Gadsby – Dolly.
As the new school term is set to begin from today the Minister said this will continue as the new school term begins.
She has issued a plea for parents to work together with teachers and principals to help mainain discipline in schools.
The Minister noted the important role parents have in instilling discipline in their children.
She has thanked Education stakeholders for all of their recommendations thus far in their attempts to improve the education system.
