President of the Downtown Owners and Merchants Association, Gregory Aboud, says the group is concerned about the issue of vagrancy in the Capital City.
Mr Aboud made the comment while speaking at today’s launch of the Port of Spain Revitalization project.
The event was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Mr Aboud also cited the importance of the “Move Along” initiative which he claimed has been a success.
