The Caribbean Examinations Council met with Education Ministers across the region to discuss findings coming out of the investigation on the leak of the Paper 2 on Wednesday.
At this time, there have been no reports indicating any other examination paper leaks have occurred.
Based on CXC’s analysis of the situation, it was recommended and agreed CXC utilize students’ scores from Paper I and the School-Based Assessment to determine grades for 2023 CSEC Mathematics.
This grading system was previously used in 2020 and 2021 and is the alternative to having students repeat Paper 2 with an alternative examination paper.
