On Wednesday the Commission of Enquiry into the February 2022 Paria diving tragedy will host a virtual media conference at 10am.
In February last year, four men, lost their lives while carrying out maintenance works on an underwater pipeline owned by Paria Fuel Trading Company.
A fifth diver, Christopher Boodram, survived the incident.
The Commission requested an extension until November 30 to deliver its final report.
May was the initial deadline for the Commission to submit its final report but sought an August 31st extension.
At the news briefing, Commission Chairman, Jerome Lynch, King’s Counsel, will address any questions in relation to that request.
