The San Fernando Water Taxi terminal car park will be permanently closed at the end of 2023.
The closure date was given as December 31st 2023, however NIDCO says the sale of tickets for the facility has been discontinued.
Effective immediately, water taxi passengers can access parking facilities at the newly opened San Fernando Parkade on Lady Hailes Avenue.
NIDCO says the move was taken to facilitate ongoing works associated with the San Fernando Waterfront Redevelopment Project.
NIDCO assures that the parkade has modern security features, over 1,000 parking spots and is operational 24/7.
