The murder toll now stands at 370 for the year thus far, following yet another murder which occurred last night, this time in the Blanchisseuse area.
Officers of the Blanchisseuse police station received a report of a shooting in O’Connor Street, Upper Village, around 7:50pm and went to the scene.
Upon arrival, officers found the body of Marvin Glaude, 37, on the street, bleeding from gunshot wounds.
Crime scene investigators were called in and found 65 spent shells of different types, including rifle ammunition.
