Beyoncé links with Amazon Music to sell Renaissance tour merch and breaks a sale record

Attention, BeyHive!

Beyoncé has teamed up with Amazon Music for an exclusive release of Renaissance Tour merchandise, and fans already seem to be buying one of everything.

The partnership, titled Drop 1.0, is a five-piece collection of cozy apparel, plus a stunning poster sold via Beyoncé’s official Amazon store. This collection is inspired by her chart-topping seventh studio album “Renaissance,” and her subsequent world tour.

Each garment is made in America and created with 100% cotton for a comfy feel. The line embraces a dreamy pop feel with the majority of the all-black garments featuring Beyoncé clad in a silver-tone ensemble and cowboy hat sitting on an equally stylish matching horse.

With prices starting at just $20 for the one-of-a-kind poster, members of the Beyhive, the collective name of her most loyal fans, can treat themselves to some much-deserved stylish merch without breaking the bank. Consider these new releases the music-inspired gift for anyone lucky enough to score Beyoncé tickets, or, at the very least, a consolation prize for everyone else.

The Beyhive is a clever bunch — and of course, they took to social media to share the joy of purchasing new Renaissance tour merch at a relatively accessible price point. “This is really cute! I think it’s really affordable and just wanted to let you guys know if you haven’t seen it,” says one TikToker.

The Twitterverse also joked that Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is a member of the Beyhive and will proudly be rocking the Drop 1.0.

Billboard reports the partnership has already broken the Amazon Music record for first-day merch sales from an artist collaboration.

And to the surprise of no one, Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour has also been a massive financial success since kicking off on 5/10 at the Friends Arena in Sweden. According to a recent Billboard report, the international leg of the Renaissance World Tour has sold 1 million tickets across 21 shows, earning Queen Bey a cool $154 million. The publication adds just the first nine shows of the tour made Beyoncé the top-grossing touring act of May. #casual
