September 29th this year is the timeline given by the Ministry of Works and Transport for the completion of drainage works along Churchill Roosevelt Highway, from Demarara Road to Pinto Road.
It says this temporary traffic disruption will take place from August 4th and is expected to be completed on Friday 29th September, 2023.
Hours of Work:
8:00am – 5:00pm
Considering the above, motorists are advised to proceed with caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
Comply with instructions from Police Officers on site to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the site.
Drive with caution on all milled (possibly uneven) surfaces.
Drive at a reduced speed on approaching the work zone.
