The body of Arianna Mahabir was recovered about one kilometer South of Double Bridge, Guayaguayare Village, Mayaro.
Arianna who is from Poole Valley Road, Rio Claro, got into difficulty while bathing yesterday at about 500pm.
According to the Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Captain Vallence Rambharat and her family a search began at 6.00am on Tuesday.
The body was spotted at about 6.30am.
