All T’bgo students to be provided food during first week back out

All students across Tobago will be provided with school lunches from Wednesday 20^th to Friday 22nd.

Secretary of Education, Research and Technology, Assemblyman Zorisha Hackett acknowledges that during this time, the financial hardships experienced by parents/guardians coupled with an increase in food prices, poses a challenge for students’ access to nutritious meals during the first week of school.

In this regard, parents are advised that arrangements have been made to accommodate the provision of lunches for all students on their return to face-to-face classes.

The Division wishes to express its deepest appreciation to the caterers and staff of the School Nutrition Unit who have exhibited their dedication and commitment to meeting the needs of our students.
